Rajesh Sundaresan
Co-founder
Passionate about climate change and social impact. After spending close to three decades in investment management and advisory, stepped out to set up Carbon Impact Capital with the ambitious goal of Transforming a Billion Lives.
Manoj Agarwal
Co-founder
Manoj is focused on climate restoration and creating social impact at scale. He has over two decades experience in investing and wholesale banking in Asia Pacific, in leadership roles across Singapore, Hong Kong and Mumbai.
Our story
Rajesh and Manoj left their successful corporate careers in leading global organisations to found CIC in 2021 with a big audacious goal of Transforming a Billion Lives.
CIC’s team comprises of rural management professionals, engineers, chartered accountants, technology and sustainability professionals who are passionate about creating climate and social impact at scale. The team has over 150 years of work experience from leading global institutions and the developmental sector. CIC has built strong processes and systems which powers its ambition to create impact-at-scale.
